The Elco Lighting EL490ICDXA is a 4″ new construction IC airtight recessed housing engineered for dedicated LED inserts, modules, or PSA37 with MR16 trims in both IC and non-IC ceiling applications. Rated at 18W max with 0-10V dimming capability on 120/277V, the single-wall housing adjusts to accommodate up to 1″ ceiling thickness and features an ASTM E-283 airtight gasket to restrict airflow. cULus listed for US and Canada with damp/wet location listing available using select trims, and it meets Title 24 requirements; an optional 277V-to-120V step-down transformer is available via the EL490ICA-7 variant.
