The Elco Lighting ESF475L3CT5W is a 4″ Ply Sylo LED surface mount fixture in white with 0-10V dimming, designed for commercial and residential ceiling applications on 3″ and 4″ octagon or round junction boxes at 120/277V. It operates at 15W with selectable lumen output (1000/1500/2000 lm), field-selectable CCT (2700K5000K), 90+ CRI, and 0-10V dimming; the die-cast aluminum housing supports an integral emergency option up to 15W, and the fixture is ETL listed, ENERGY STAR certified, CA Title 24 and JA8-2022-E compliant, and rated for wet locations with a 50,000-hour L70 lifespan.
