Self-testing technology automatically verifies GFCI protection every 30 seconds, with an LED status indicator confirming proper operation; a permanently installed internal tamper-resistant shutter mechanism resists foreign object insertion to meet NEC TR requirements. Rated 125V, it supports both screw terminal and push-in connections and coordinates with Lutron Claro decorator-style dimmers, switches, and wall plates (sold separately).
