The Lutron Maestro WMS-B102-WH is a single-circuit dual-technology occupancy sensor switch designed for commercial and residential spaces where automatic-on and automatic-off control is required. Lutron’s exclusive XCT Technology delivers major, minor, fine, and very fine motion detection across a 180 field-of-view covering up to 900 ft major motion and 400 ft minor motion, with selectable Auto-ON/Auto-OFF or Manual-ON/Auto-OFF operating modes per circuit. Dual Ambient Light Detect (ALD) modes, adjustable timeout (130 min), and independent PIR/ultrasonic sensitivity settings provide flexible configuration; compatible with incandescent, halogen, ELV, MLV, CFL, LED, and fluorescent loads. TAA compliant. Neutral connection required. White finish.
